HIIT can be done with any type of activity, but is most commonly done with running, biking, or rowing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LISS is a type of cardio that involves maintaining a steady level of low-intensity exercise for an extended period of time (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4657417\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). It depends on your goals.
